A Little About Myself

 

     This will be my first year teaching and I am so excited to be here! I graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in the Spring of 2013 with a degree in Early Childhood Education.
I had two student teaching placements through SEMO. The first was in Kindergarten in the Jackson school district and the second was in Third Grade in a very small school in Southern Illinois. I absolutely loved teaching Third Grade and I am so excited that I get to teach Third Grade here. After I graduated, I spent a year working as a teller at US Bank and as a substitute teacher. I feel very blessed to have been given the opportunity to teach at Alma Schrader and I am so excited to learn and grow here as a teacher. In my free time, I love to read and to watch movies. I have recently discovered a love for traveling. I love to go places that I've never been and see things I've never seen. I'm excited for school to get started and I'm looking forward to all the fun things we'll do this year! Its going to be a wonderful year!
